Terms & Conditions
- Package Rates
Valid until 31 March 2008. All rates are net, inclusive of applicable
government tax and service charge. Benefits and price are for
two (2) persons, beverages are not inclusive unless otherwise
stated.
- High & Peak Season Periods
High season period : July 1 - September 30
Peak season period : December 20 - January 10
- Reservation Procedure
All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax, confirmation
of a reservation is subject to villa availability.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of
50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- Terms of Payment
All enquiries can only be held for 7 working days without guarantee
deposit
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within
seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation has been
given. Full payment is required within seven (7) days or immediately
if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days
for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (60 days
for Christmas/New Year bookings)
- Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests
- Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by in writing.
Cancellation policy for booking during low/high season
period :
- Without any charge 31 days before the check-in date
- Between 30 days and 16 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 15 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
value
Cancellation policy for booking during peak season period
(Christmas/New Year) :
- Without any charge 61 days before the check-in date
- Between 60 days and 31 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 30 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
value
