Terms & Conditions
- Package Rates
Valid until 31 March 2008. All rates are net, inclusive of applicable
government tax and service charge. Benefits and price are for
two (2) persons, beverages are not inclusive unless otherwise
stated.
- High & Peak Season Periods
High season period : July 1 - September 30
Peak season period : December 20 - January 10
- Reservation Procedure
All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax, confirmation
of a reservation is subject to villa availability.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of
50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- Terms of Payment
Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back)
+ passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit
(from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank
Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation,
will guarantee the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
value
